Your Right to Data Deletion

At Hengheng, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. In accordance with applicable data protection laws and Meta Platform policies, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from our systems.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your data, please send an email to:

Information to Include in Your Request

To help us process your request efficiently, please include the following information in your email:

• Your full name as registered with our service
• Email address associated with your Hengheng account
• Facebook Page names (if any) connected to your account
• Specific data you want deleted (or indicate "all data" for complete deletion)
• Reason for deletion (optional, but helps us improve our services)

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will delete the following data:

• Your account information (email, profile data, Facebook login credentials)
• All posts and drafts you created through our service
• Connected Facebook Page information and access tokens (from Business App)
• Connected Instagram account information (if any)
• Usage data and analytics associated with your account
• Any other personal data we have collected about you

Note: Content that has already been published to your Facebook Pages will remain on Facebook and must be deleted directly through Facebook if desired.

Processing Time

We will process your data deletion request within:

• Acknowledgment: Within 48 hours of receiving your request
• Verification: We may contact you to verify your identity
• Completion: Within 30 days of verification, your data will be permanently deleted

Facebook App Removal

Hengheng uses two separate Facebook applications. You can remove access to either or both directly through Facebook:

Removing Page Management Access (Business App)

1. Go to your Facebook Settings
2. Navigate to "Security and Login" → "Apps and Websites"
3. Find "Hengheng" (Business App) in the list of apps
4. Click "Remove" to revoke access to your Pages and Instagram

This will prevent Hengheng from publishing to your Pages, but your Hengheng account will remain active.

Removing Login Access (Consumer App)

1. Go to your Facebook Settings
2. Navigate to "Security and Login" → "Apps and Websites"
3. Find "Hengheng" (Consumer App) in the list of apps
4. Click "Remove" to revoke login access

Note: If you only use Facebook Login to access Hengheng, removing this app will prevent you from logging in. Contact support if you want to change to a different login method.

Automatic Deletion: When you remove either app from Facebook, we will automatically receive a notification and delete the associated Facebook data within 90 days.

Data Retention Exceptions

In some cases, we may be required to retain certain data for legal or regulatory purposes, including:

• Compliance with legal obligations
• Resolution of disputes
• Enforcement of our agreements
• Fraud prevention

If any exceptions apply to your request, we will inform you accordingly.
