Consumer App (Authentication)

Business App (Page Management)

When you connect your Facebook Pages to our Service, we collect the following information based on the permissions you grant:

• Page Information (pages_show_list): List of Facebook Pages you manage, including Page names and IDs.
• Page Engagement Data (pages_read_engagement): Metrics about engagement on your Pages, including likes, comments, and shares.
• Publishing Permissions (pages_manage_posts): Allows us to publish content to your Pages on your behalf with your explicit approval.
• Instagram Business Account (instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish): If connected to your Facebook Page, allows publishing to your Instagram account.
• Page Access Tokens: Tokens that allow us to post content to your Pages on your behalf.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our Service.

• Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for data processing where applicable.

8. Data Deletion

In compliance with Meta Platform Terms, we provide mechanisms for data deletion:

• Account Deletion: You can delete your account at any time, which will remove all your personal data from our systems, including data from both Facebook apps.
• Facebook Page Data Deletion: When you disconnect your Facebook Pages (Business App), we will delete all Page-related data within 90 days.
• Facebook Login Data: If you wish to remove your Facebook login credentials, you will need to delete your entire account or contact support to change your login method.
• Callback URL: We support Meta's data deletion callback to automatically delete your data when you remove our apps from your Facebook settings.

We operate two separate Facebook applications:

• Consumer App: Used solely for authentication (Facebook Login). We only request access to your email and public profile. This data is used exclusively to create and manage your Hengheng account.
• Business App: Used for accessing and managing your Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts. All Page management permissions are requested separately and only when you choose to connect your Pages to Hengheng.

Both applications comply fully with Meta's policies and we do not use your data for any purpose other than providing our Service to you.
