3. Facebook Integration and Permissions

To use our Service with Facebook, you must authorize our application to access certain information and perform actions on your behalf. By connecting your Facebook account, you grant us the following permissions:

• pages_show_list: Access the list of Facebook Pages you manage, allowing you to select which Pages to connect to our Service.
• pages_read_engagement: Read engagement data from your Pages, including likes, comments, and shares on your posts.
• pages_manage_posts: Create, edit, and delete posts on your Facebook Pages on your behalf.
• instagram_content_publish: Create posts on your Instagram account on your behalf.

You may revoke these permissions at any time through your Facebook settings or by disconnecting your account from our Service.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and connecting your Facebook Pages.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others.
• Comply with Facebook's Terms of Service, Community Standards, and all applicable Meta Platform Policies when using our Service.
• Not use our Service to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Not use our Service to spam, harass, or engage in any form of automated abuse.
• Ensure you have all necessary rights and permissions to publish any content through our Service.

5. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and publish through our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We do not claim ownership of any content you post to your Facebook Pages through our Service.

We are not responsible for any actions taken by Facebook or Meta that may affect your Pages or content, including but not limited to content removal, account suspension, or API changes.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also terminate your use of the Service at any time by disconnecting your Facebook account and deleting your account with us.

Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Meta's data deletion requirements.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
